A number of news sites have been reporting a flaw in exchange that allows users to send spam if the 'guest' account is enabled on the server. I haven't seen an official repsonse from MS on this yet but it's a good idea to check your servers just to make sure that account is not enabled.

MS released today the rights management add-on for Windows 2003. This will allow corporations to lock down content (ie, emails with attachments) to specific individuals/corporations. You can restrict a message from being printed, forwarded, etc. I tested this in beta and it had a few bugs so hopefully those were ironed out before the release.
