An issue has just been found in MS05-019 and W2k3/sp1 that can cause clients
to be unable to connect to Exchange servers after either of these has been applied.
This KB talks about this issue and a hotfix that is now available for the issue:

MS just released a new free tool that allows you to monitor performance between
the exchange server and the client. This was an internal tool that has now been released
to the public. This kind of performance monitoring can be difficult to get so it's nice
to see MS releasing tools like this to assist admins.
